I am a Stott certified Pilates Matwork and Reformer instructor with over nine years of experience teaching groups and one-to-one ones. My clients range from fit and well to rehab post-surgery/injury and degenerative diseases like Parkinson’s. I created an online subscription business which includes live Zoom classes each week in 2020 to accommodate everyone during the COVID restrictions, and I continue to help both existing and new clients achieve their fitness goals. I am passionate about helping people with their physical and mental wellbeing, and I believe that Pilates is a powerful tool for improving both by offering tailored classes that benefit individuals at any fitness level.
Katie offers accessible and inclusive Hatha yoga classes designed for all ages and abilities. She regularly leads sessions for both adults and children and also provides practices and techniques to support children with special educational needs (SEN) and their caregivers.
