What is it?

Mindfulness-Based Resilience is a training program focused on enhancing resilience through mindfulness practices.

We offer easy-to-follow, science-backed techniques that you and your team can start using right away.

How Does it Work?

Our program includes everything from a set of techniques for reducing stress, available through 50-minute online or in-person classes, to half-day or full-day immersive workshops.

What Does the Training Include?

The training is comprised of simple, easy to learn, straightforward and effective practices focused on mindfulness. These practices equip your team with the necessary skills to handle stress and anxiety more effectively.
