Your Trainer
I'm Robert Mitchell. I've been delivering mindfulness, resilience, and meditation training to organisations since 2013. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and secular — focused on giving people tools they can actually use. The training is accessible and inclusive for anyone with any beliefs or faiths.
I've worked with organisations ranging from NHS trusts and government regulators to tech companies, blue light services and third-sector organisations. I'm as comfortable in a boardroom of senior leaders as I am with a group of frontline healthcare workers, and I tailor every session to the people in the room.
I've taught over 5,000 classes and have only five-star reviews on all social media. My focus is always on practical outcomes — helping people manage stress, build resilience, and perform at their best.
