OUR TEACHER

Robert Mitchell

Robert will be the teacher at all of the 2025 retreats. 

Since 2013, Robert has taught Mindfulness, Meditation, and Resilience in approximately 5,000 online and in-person classes, workshops, and retreats in Bromley, London, and Kent.

PRICING & PAYMENT

September in West Malling

  • Full price is £85.
  • Deepening Course Members' price is £55.
  • The fees cover the entire day, including lunch and refreshments.

10.15 am - Arrival (** Train times Bromley 09:12 -> W Malling 10:02)

    10.30 - Module 1 - Introduction to Mindfulness, Meditation, & Resilience.

11.00 am - Break

    11.15 - Module 2 - Calmness, Focus and Relaxation.

Noon - Lunch

    1.00 pm Module 3 Nature and walking and/or nature meditation (weather permitting).

3 pm Tea

    3.30 pm Module 4 - Acceptance and Loving Awareness and Goodbyes

4.00 pm Finish (**the train back to Bromley & London is at 16:25)

The Retreats are held in a comfortable room with an adjoining dedicated dining area overlooking the garden, where lunch is served. We also have access to quiet rooms and beautiful, calming spaces.


You'll be able to clear your mind and focus solely on your well-being.


Any walking meditation and mindful walk takes place in the country park adjacent to the venue..


Throughout the day, we'll guide you through mindfulness and meditation exercises designed to help you find focus, calmness and relaxation.
