The venue is in a modern peaceful dedicated retreat centre in the grounds of the 11th century Malling Abbey, West Malling. The venue is a ten minute walk from the station and has free parking.
Bring comfortable clothes for indoors, outdoor clothes and shoes to protect you from any rain or drizzle that can get a little muddy. Maybe a small towel to dry off. Lunch and refreshments are included, so there is no need to bring a packed lunch.
This retreat will include some walking, there are stiles on the routes including possibly steep inclines and it may be muddy. You can instead stay on-site and enjoy the well-kept and expansive grounds.
The venue is a 45-minute journey from Bromley by car. There is plenty of parking on site.
The venue can be reached in 50 minutes from Bromley South with a 10 minute walk from West Malling Station. The start and finish times have been chosen to enable easy and relaxed walks to and from the station.
