Join our regular drop-in guided meditation classes in Bromley.

We are at Bromley Common Methodist Church, Bloomfield Rd, BR2 9RZ, at 10 am each Saturday.
Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome.
The format is a 15-minute talk followed by meditations on a subject relevant to mindfulness, meditation and resilience.
The classes cost £15, and you can pay on the day by card or cash.
You can buy ten passes for £120.
The passes are *not* time-limited. You can use them at any point in the future.
