Meditation Classes

Join our regular drop-in guided meditation classes in Bromley.

Open to everyone, whatever your level of experience. 

Meditation Classes

Saturday Mornings in Bromley at 10 am for one hour

We are at Bromley Common Methodist Church, Bloomfield Rd, BR2 9RZ, at 10 am each Saturday.

Beginners and experienced meditators are all welcome.

The format is a 15-minute talk followed by meditations on a subject relevant to mindfulness, meditation and resilience.

  • No need to book
  • The parking restrictions only apply at lunchtime, so you can park on Bloomfield Road.
  • Pay on arrival.

Pricing

The classes cost £15, and you can pay on the day by card or cash.

You can buy ten passes for £120.

The passes are *not* time-limited. You can use them at any point in the future.

What to Expect and How to Attend

Are you looking for a guided meditation class in Bromley? Look no further than our Bromley Mindfulness Drop-In Guided Meditation Classes. We offer regular classes in a friendly and welcoming environment.


Our mixed ability groups are perfect for everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator. And there's no need to book - just come along on the day.


We're dedicated to providing pseudoscience-free training open to people of all faiths and none. And with free parking nearby, it couldn't be easier to access our classes.

So why not drop in and give us a try? We're sure you'll love it!

The meditation skills I teach are:

  • Non-religious, we don't use the session as an opportunity to try to convert you.
  • Fully Explained and Expertly Taught practical skills.
  • Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators.
  • The class consists of mindfulness meditation, techniques, training and an explanation of what they are, how they work and how you can use them to improve your life.


Each session is designed to assist you in your personal journey.
