The Meditation Superpowers course is four mini-workshops of two hours each
Each mini-workshop stands alone, and can be attended as an individual event for £27, in-person or online.
These sessions are hybrid training classes, online on Zoom and also in-person at Contingent Works in Bromley. You will be able to choose either option (in-person or on Zoom) for each class.

Stress is the body’s response to a challenge and constant challenges lead to constant stress.
This stress is literally stored in the body as muscular tension, an inability to switch off (hypervigilance) and poor quality sleep and rest (insomnia).
The symptoms of stress are commonplace
We can learn to release this tension and stress.
In this 2-hour mini-workshop we will deep-dive into all the practices that work best to help us learn how to recover from the constant demands of the new normal.
