Our regular, local, guided meditation classes are open to everyone, whatever your level of experience. You will learn techniques that will help you to reduce: Stress, Anxiety and Worry and promote: Focus, Calmness and Relaxation.
There is no need to book, you can just turn up on the day!
We are a friendly, mixed ability group. There is a social element and often go for a cuppa before or after each session.
Beginners or Experienced are all welcome.
The meditation skills we teach are:
- Non-religious, we don’t use the session as an opportunity to try to convert you
- Teach practical meditation and mindfulness skills
- Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators
The class consists of mindfulness meditation, techniques, training and an explanation of what they are, how they work and how you can use them.
Each session is designed to assist you in your personal journey.
