counting breaths meditation

Focus on your breath.

Each time you breath in or out count silently in your mind:
‘breathe in – “one”,
breathe out -“two”,
breathe in, “three”
etc.’.

When you get to ten, go back to one.

When you lose count or discover you have counted past ten, go back to one.

Repeat.
