‘More than just mindfulness’ is a regular (weekly) podcast series. The recordings are made at meditation classes and organisational training sessions and cover a variety of subjects around mindfulness, meditation and the mind.
This first podcast is part of the final session of a short course I just completed for a key third sector organisation. For the final session, I wanted to leave the delegates with some key practices that they could take home with them to use as the basis for building their practices.
